@imallers Thanks Ive had it for such along time I cant remember when it started but I will get some L-Carnitine and try it anything to get rid of it so annoying. I did try the Lipo-Flavonoid but that's expensive . I buy from Vitacost and they have the Aceytl-L - Carnitine . Do you think the Jarrow brand is better they bluebonnet?

Hi,

I thought I responded to this but don’t see it. I am not familiar with the Bluebommet brand . I only know that Jarrow is a reputable supplier and I am familiar with the brand.
