@acura1642 I feel your pain. Been on ambien for 14 years. My doctor wants me off. I’m going to see a behavioral therapist who specializes in insomnia (when I return from an international vacation). I took trapozodine (50 mg) for a few nights. Seems to work. Last night was the first night I slept without ambien In Years. Did also take .5 Xanax. I am really going to try to wean off all sleep meds. Good luck in your efforts. Meant trazodone
