dear cognac, i clean, i sit, clean, sit, sometimes i sit longer. turn the music louder clean some more. sometimes i do just the most important and wait a few hours or the next day to finish the rest. make a phone call, clean some more. rest, clean again and again.then it's time to start over again. as it is said 'THE NEVER ENDING STORY'. not an easy thing to do. the answer to this is: when you win the lottery, get a maid, a butler, gardener and you must keep moving or you will never live long enough to spend all the money. pass the pizza please.

some days are ok. no shortness of breath. so, go swimming and then clean again.

try Meditation, and stretching exercises (Yoga).
