In this case it is more like a worms, that only surfaces at night or in the dark. Sometimes pulsates as if laying eggs. He’s been tortured with this for years and this has affected his whole social life and causes much anxiety. No help from doctors. They all think it’s in his mind. Hard to take pictures because they recline in light:/
