Good info on the air pollutants. I can not be exposed to candles, they have toxic ingredients. The parrifin is petroleum based very toxic, then of coarse the perfumes are problematic.
I did find some natural candles the other day that don't both me. They are made from beeswax leadfree wick and natural lavender scent not artificial or you can get scent free. I cannot handle any perfumes scents in anything detegent soap, candles, room deordoizers ect. But I have many natural herbal ones that don't bother me in at all lavender, orange, lemon.

Thanks Terri its seems to be working!
Had the wash in Sept and I have been doing well since. I have tested neg since last May. Suppose to do a sputum again in January the last was the bronchoscope one in Sept which was neg also.
Keeping my fingers crossed and keeping on doing what i have been doing.
Turned up water heater
Hand shower set on drizzle no spay
Saline nebs 2 x a day
Air clearaance vest 2 times a day
Many herbal and vitamin supplements
Hoping and paying your doing well also!

@pfist, Hi Shari! Wow! I did not know that candles were that toxic. I only knew that the heavily scented ones would cause me to cough. I will def switch to the beeswax, Thank you for that info.
