I was taking Lyrica. I tapered down over a six month period. This Friday will be 3 weeks of having stopped it. I am still having so many withdrawal symptoms. It is just awful. And I don't know about some people but the shame I feel.....like it's my fault that I did this to myself. I haven't been able to find an online support forum to join. Just to talk to people everyday and say hi. How's it going?? Finding this site has made me feel better in knowing that I am not alone in feeling like this.
