I also have an immune deficiency which causes a lot of issues. and nothing they can do about it. they also said i have central sensitization disorder which mean basically your central nervous system is a wreck. a lof of this is form growing up in a very abusive home and being severely abused...i also have PTSD from all the abuse so life i had every day. i wake up in ;pain and go to bed in paid and then the gastro issues makes it hard to eat so its a rough life but with gods help and my new natural journey i hope to get some relief of some or all of it. all we can do if keep moving and praying and keeping the faith....

@debiobrien You're not alone in this We all are here listening to you and praying for healing faster.

@debiobrien I hear you in your pain. On here we all have pain issues but like you said keep the faith let God be your guide in life and believe totally in his power it never fails. Have good Dr.s talk all the vitamins and minerals I use Hemp oil externally and internally it helps me with the leg problems . I have a book from Phyllis Balch she is a nutritionist who uses not only food but herbs ,vit, min. and talks about our different problems and what is good for that problem also gives you what to stay away from expecilly if your on Coumadin which I'm not . This is her 5th edition I think I upgraded from all 5. I really like her book if you don't have it it maybe something to look at to see if you want it . I first started out in the 70,s reading Dr. Mandall he was the Bible on alternative meds. I'm in Calif. so just got up drinking my green tea , Hope you have a good pain free day . My injection was 2 days ago for my back and it seems to be finally kicking in as my back feels pretty good right now.
