yes most people who have fibro have carpal tunnel to its kind of just happens. i bought the god braces with the metal strip in them. they go on the hand and up the arm a little. before i started wearing them when i woke up in the morning my hands, arms and shoulders hurt and with the braces non of that hurts... strange but it sure helps. also getting a deep muscle massage is a miracle. i go about once a month and i feel so good for about a week ...but its pricey so i can only go once a month but each time the relief is lasting longer. also espom salt baths but i use the dr teals tea tree scent epsom salts its awesome. its in a bright blue bag. good stuff. yes the B vitamins are great and also magnesium is great for fibro. but get a separate bottle of B 6 50 Mg and take it with your other b's your body needs a lot of B 6 for the fibro. I have coronary artery disease and have had 4 heart attacks (small ones) and 6 heart caths and 6 stents but all the stuff i doing is really helping all that and my heart has grown a ton of new arteries i juts had a cat a few months ago and the doc was shocked to see all the new arteries grown. did you get the fibro agter the By pass ?? just curious because its common for people to get firbro after a major surgery.
