yes sugar is horrible for the body and also fibro. the almond milk might be ok but not regular fat free milk. all dairy products play havoc on fibro. I find a lot of gluten free stuff at publix and we also have 2 nice health food stores in town and i order a lot on line. i found some good coconut wraps online and they come in plain coconut, turmeric and moranga which mornaga is super healing and so good for you. i eat a lot of veggies, stir fried. steamed, or just cooked and even put them on skewers and grill them on the grill. i dont eat any meat except an occasional ORGANIC chicken. but thats because of the gastro issues all meat is super acidic. but with fibro yo know the foods to stay away from.if you dont you pay for it big time. B 6 vitamin is great for fibro ad D e 5000 mg and i take a lot of B 12 but now started getting a b 12 shot every month at the doc and its helping with the fatique. good luck and do your best to stay away for the foods that cause the flares. i also wear a wrist brace one each arm at night and they seem to help with the pain in my hands and arm,s and shoulders.
