I have the cure for you! More than likely it is pain caused by the stomach. It was in my case. Naturally try eating non gassy foods. Gas pain can disguise,it self as chest or heart pain, mainly because of heart burn, gas and bloating. Try taking a over the counter drug called fd gauard. It is so much better than any other ac's. Olson take a gas relief tablet. Just try it. The fd guard is a little expensive but totally safe. Good luck🤓
