hi I am a 21 year old female and have had chest pains for about 10 months maybe more, it feels like my chest is tightening it is on my left side majority of the time but has moved right in the middle of my chest but mainly on the left side is were I continuously get the pain. It could be my heart with it been on the left side. Any ideas

@court41297 I'd like to add my welcome Do you think it might be heartburn ?as Kanaaz said see a Dr about this if you haven't.

Are you on steroids? Prednisone contributes to me having esophageal spasms which kind of mimic the pain of a heart attack. I was actually hospitalised for ten days to complete tests to rule out anything to do with my heart. I hope this helps!
