Hi Linda @lioness, I'm not sure I understand you. I've never seen a format button on Connect. Are you using a cellphone, tablet, computer? Which web browser if on a computer? When you say you are trying to write a letter...do you mean a post or a reply on Connect?

@johnbishop HI When I get an email from a friend . You know there is that reply button at top you hit to reply a message to friend ,no it isn't on connect just to friend,s email. anyway the reply button isnt up there to hit just a format button ? I never had this happen before so dont know what to do I thought you may know ?
