@johnbishop Can you help me . When I try to write a letter I dont have the reply on my site just the format and then I tried this but when I sent it didnt send the whole message . Never had this problem before Do you know why this happened it just to one person .

Hi Linda @lioness, I'm not sure I understand you. I've never seen a format button on Connect. Are you using a cellphone, tablet, computer? Which web browser if on a computer? When you say you are trying to write a letter...do you mean a post or a reply on Connect?
