Sorry for butting in this conversation, but my dad was approved for Pluvicto after chemo, and one thing I know for certain is that mets need to be PSMA-avid to be even considered for Pluvicto. And as you just said you husband is amongst those with low PSMA expression, so Pluvicto definitely wouldn't be a part of his potential future treatments even if it becomes available in Wales...I hope he never needs any additional treatments ever🤞 Good luck to you both 🍀

@inconsolable Thanks so much for your reply; it's good to know about these added factors. We do know it will eventually return but are keeping everything crossed that it won't be for as long as possible. Good luck with your journey too.
