I read through the Pari Boy Go instruction manual thoroughly and wanted to clarify a few points from earlier discussions.
Pari distinguishes between disinfection and sterilization. Disinfection is accomplished by boiling, while the sterilization procedure described requires temperatures of 270F, well beyond household methods. We often use these terms interchangeably, but they are different.
The manual does not mention baby bottle sterilizers as an approved method for either process. I would therefore boil the Boy Go components in distilled water for at least 5 minutes as spelled out in the manual (disinfection).
Regarding the warning against using "plug in adapters," I believe Pari is referring to travel adapters that convert European plugs to US outlets or vice versa. If traveling abroad, I would use batteries rather than a travel plug adapter. This is my interpretation, since Pari does not define the term.

I contacted Pari in Germany to ask them about sterilizing the Pari Boy Go in a baby bottle sterilizer and this was their response:
"During product development, we tested and validated the disinfection methods described in the Instructions for Use. Therefore, we can only guarantee the safety and effectiveness of the procedures specified there. For this reason, we recommend following the disinfection instructions provided in the Instructions for Use."
I responded that given the interest in the US they might consider testing using a baby bottle sterilizer and they were very appreciative of that suggestion. Hope this clarifies things.
