@mike36--I'm so sorry to hear you are still not feeling very good and are out of work the last 3 weeks due to it.
What does your doctor say about your symptoms?

Mike @mike36 Have you asked your doctor to refer you to a psychologist or psychiatrist for an evaluation? They would understand what you're experiencing. The sooner the better, is how I feel.
I'm hoping to find a answer soon because this crap is exhausting
