Does alendronate help the bones

I’m was prescribed alendronate for osteoporosis but don’t care to take it but information will be help to take care of it naturally is it possible I am taking calcium and vitamin D together and just bought algaecal collagen will it help

@willowmena yes best to you in that. There is one in Los Angeles ca where I live whom I talked with (they do Hrt and also stem cell) but there is concern for cardiovascular stuff with get so for me I don’t think it would do good for me idk I haven’t talked to my cardiologist about it yet.
