I had a permanent suture come undone and was causing a sharp Pain/ shock feeling. This was 20 years ago and I’m not sure surgeons use permanent sutures anymore. I would have your cardiologist check it out. Could be a nerve thing from the scar as well. I just got my 3rd pacer last Tues and lots of twinges but healing fine. Good luck!
