Tylenol does not work for me. Aleve does sometimes a nurse told me it could cause internal bleeding so now I use Norco which seems to help sometimes.
I will look into "radio frequency ablation. Thanks. K

@kayraymat I have dealt with chronic pain for 40 years and have had an SCS implanted, epidurals, options, etc. Am now only using Meloxucam and Tizanadine for pain and works pretty well so it does start subsiding.
