Has anyone tried Somara bone density drops?

I have read the besides magnesium, Vit. D3 and K2, calcium citrates, we need Boron to help the body absorb the magnesium.
Thoughts?

The problem I sometimes have with supplements is that they make it sound like you can't get something unless it's in a pill. Grapes, raisins, apples, broccoli, peanuts, avocado, and even coffee are sources of boron.

Are you checking the legitimacy of this supplement, what they are claiming it can do and whether is clinical research.

I have come to the place that anything I read or is shared, I google it and ask AI with reliable sources to back it up. It has so helped me.

It is true that Boron in conjunction with calcium, Vit D, Vit K2, and Magnesium creates what is sometimes called a “mineral network” in the body. These nutrients do not function independently, but work together or “synergistically” to help build strong bones.

I once read that trying to bake a cake with only flour and water will give you paste. Trying to build bone with only part of the recipe will yield the same result. I know many people try to get what they need to build bone from diet alone, the problem with that it gets more difficult to absorb nutrients from food alone as we age. It is also difficult to pull these minerals from the foods in the levels we need every day.

I personally take all of these supplements in the hopes of preventing osteoporosis. My PCP is aware of the supplements I take and doesn’t have a problem with it. I have a good well rounded healthy diet, watch my fat intake, exercise, and lift weights. My next Dexa is in 2027 and will have to see if what I am taking its working. If not I will have known that I did everything I could to prevent having to rely on Bisphosphonates to prevent my bones from deteriorating.

@sharonba

Don't forget the anabolic drugs if you begin meds.

@gravity3 I apologize if I veered off topic and mentioned Bisphosphonates. The question posed was about the use of Boron. At this point I am more interested in building strong bones than looking into medications that I don't need.
