I believe Dupixent and Nucala are only prescribed if your eosinophils are high.

@pamelaaci I asked my pulmonologist and he confirmed that (about eosinophilic COPD). I also asked about ensifentrine (Ohtuvayre) and he told me I wasn't nearly sick enough to warrant that - which, I guess, made me feel somewhat better...
