Good evening, if you're able to respond to this, that would be amazing. My girlfriend is 46 and has very similar results.
Her WBC is 2.5 and her neutrophils are .9, however, we have been to the hematologist and multiple other doctors and they are not able to find anything. She is extremely fatigued as well, and is not really able to work. We are trying to find some answers and would greatly appreciate hearing your experience or your outcomes.

@bluwater81 Hi, thanks so much for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear your girlfriend is going through something similar. I’ve been dealing with low white blood cells and neutrophils since 2022, and unfortunately, I still don’t have any answers. My levels have fallen further since I originally posted, but I’ve never been referred to a haematologist. I also experience fatigue, although I don’t tend to get frequent infections.

It’s frustrating not knowing what’s causing it, especially after all this time. I wish I had something more helpful to share. I’d be interested to hear what investigations your girlfriend has had and whether her levels have continued to fluctuate. I really hope you’re both able to get some answers.
