@tjphillipp I do breathing exercises multiple times a day on my own, and I also use Breztri. I walk my dog everyday as best I can and even attempt doing some yard work! Icannot give up or it will definitely be the end of me.

@osco1 I’ve been intricate couple years it helped me big time in the beginning I even did all the lung exercises I was dieting but I was also back to getting out of breath and was worried but then at my doctors appointment I told him I need more we talked I told him my sister mentioned nucala a once a month injection I’d give myself and he said ok and I just did my 8th injection and it helps me big time, it takes a little while to get the full effect but definitely improved my breathing, I don’t know your what insurance you have but there is assistance out there i believe for it, there’s another one called dupixent that others use, it’s worth looking into and I hope you get something to help you, this disease sucks but we gotta do what when can to keep going, hang in there ❤️
