Sometimes folks just need to mourn their losses - all the thingsthey used to be capable of thatthey can't do any more. Every being on earth mourns losses. How many stories have you seen about some mother animal carrying her dead inffant around with her for a long time and eventually she puts it aside - literally as well as figuratively and resumes her life and comes up with ways to do what she had to do to get by -- and eventually they may enjoy their life.Everybody has their own process and they can learn a few tricks from others with similar experiences and any number of ways to discover their 'new normal'. It's not easy, but most folks look at the buffet of methods and madnesses and picks our a combo that works for them.
