@nallyator19571031 I wish you the BEST OF LUCK!! Just be very firm about what you're asking..... 1.5mg Lorazepam and 30mg Amitriptyline. And you can buy the Magnesium Glycinate yourself. On really bad nights, I also add 1/2 pill of Unisom (Doxylamine Succinate--active ingredient) that you can buy at Walmart or Walgreens or most any drugstore or other kind of store. Good luck!
