@nallyator19571031 , Its 8:45am and I hope you are sleeping. I am prescribed 1.5mg of Lorazepam, taken at bedtime or shortly before. I also take the medication Amitriptyline about 2 hours before bedtime and that helps insomnia as well. I take 30mg of that. That medication is also excellent because it helps sleep, anxiety, depression and even pain. Hope those 2 meds work for you! The Lorazepam I usually take 1mg at bedtime and the other .5mg when I wake up around 3 or 4am. I also take a magnesium glycinate supplement daily around dinner time. 120mg.
