Hi Everyone! It's great to know I'm not alone. I have issues in my cervical, thoracic and lumbar. Living nightmare for the last 5 years. Not just physical, this has scarred me emotionally. Family and friends don't understand, so I just smile and say, "everything is great". I refuse to let pain steal everything from me. I spend my days plotting how to get my life back. I have made improvements and I won't stop trying. I'm the only cheerleader I've got, so knowing I may connect with one of you is very encouraging.

@rarobinson17 I have T1-2 & T7-8-9 herniations. Worst pain ever. Last year, I had 2 cervical fusions, discectomy, stenosis- nothing compared to thoracic pain. Also herniation L1-2 with radiculopathy. Debilitating 5 years of agony. I got strong PRP from a neurosurgeon in July. 35% reduction in pain. Huge for me. I'm want another round but $$$. I don't take pain pills. Ridiculously clean diet, peptides, supplements, HTR and modified exercises/walking. Can we get a micro discectomy?

@christyvandermolen actually had one in C7 years ago. Didn't help that area. Yeah I've had everything except back surgery and definitely not going there. It's not debilitating but hurts when I relax from activity and then hurt when I sit too long.

Hi, my name is Tanya. I have a variety of chronic pain issues that I have been dealing with for about 3 years now. I have gluteal tendinopathy in both hips which nothing thus far has worked to heal. I’ve had continuous physical therapy. shockwave, PRP, dry needling, cupping, steroid shots, massage therapy, chiropractic care and recently, TenJet procedure. Fingers crossed that it will be the magic answer. I also have IPN in my feet. I have recently also been dealing with tendon pain in my left shoulder which radiates all the way down my arm. I am doing physical therapy for that now along with shockwave treatment. I take Gabapentin 1800 mg a day, arthritis strength Tylenol and hydrocodone. I desperately want to be off all of this medication but I still work 40 hours a week and there’s no way I could do that otherwise.

Hi, I'd to look up what this condition is; it is certainly not a common ailment. However if someone with your kind of experience wud noticed you, it wud've been great.

So, I suppose you probably already know what help is available thr VA. That seems a good start that may lead to further steps. I very much hope you'll find what u r looking for.

having said that I, an ~83 y.o. can vouch for the healthy lifestyle's healing effects on our bodymind. maybe that is why I don't use any meds, rarely visited my doctor, avaided routine tests incl colonoscopy -- after all I had no reason to even suspect I needed them.
But I do have old age impairments with vision and reduced strength and balance -- part of what comes with old age. I sleep well and make sure I have good physical, mental/stress, cognitive, social and spiritual areas attended well.

I wish you All the best, Travis!
