The last day of Prostate Cancer Awareness Month
With today being the last day of Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I urge all of you to reach out to your local, county, and state public officials to support prostate cancer screening - and perhaps ask them to issue a Proclamation like I did (see attached) when I was mayor of my city.

@brianjarvis - thanks. There’s one up at the James in Columbus, but I already drive up there for too many other things, I didn’t want to add another 1+ drive to my schedule.
We used to have one here in Wilmington that met at the local hospital, but they seem to have fallen apart right about the time I was diagnosed. We have a separate cancer center in town, and I asked in there about a local one, and they looked at me like I had three heads, then said there might possibly be one that meets at one of the churches…but they didn’t know which church (and Wilmington seems to have a church for every five people in town, so that’s a lot of churches!).
