I have 1.9 cm or 19 mm meningioma located on pituitary gland that's inseparable from pituitary stalk. My vision is okay for now, I do have head pressure symptoms. What would be my best course of action from others who have same medical issues with brain tumors?

@cherry1211 what are the 3 dimensions for measurement? Is this the first time it showed up on an MRI or do you have an old MRI to see how fast it is growing?
