Not sure if this is a scam. Amla fruit is being advertised to ease burning and pain of neuropthy. Has anyone tried it? Any success?

@johnlangdon it’s essential that you use a reputable brand, Wellanova is the best one as far as I know.

I have neuropathy in my feet and slight numbness in left calf. My understanding is feeling may come back slowly, if ever. No injuries, meds, or DM are the cause. I had the emg, blood work for B vitamin deficiencies/excess and other possible causes, as well as a MRI of my lower back . It Started about July of 2025 when I switched from metropole to Losartan Potassium (B/P meds). I took the metropole for several years and switched to see if I would lose weight and my B/P actually got better with the Losartan. The reason I bring up the above med switch is I thought it was coincidental that my feet started getting numb about that time. My neurologist at Rush said no, it was not the cause. I am not going to go on any meds at this time for the numbness and very slight pain.

Not sure what to do at this time, so living with it and exercising.

Thanks for your time and any other recommendations would be helpful

@doctordeuce Unfortunately my neuropathy is inherited from my mother. I know this because both of my sisters suffer from neuropathy. My 57 year old daughter just recently in the last two years started suffering from symptoms of burning and numbness. Resistance exercise is helping, especially the leg work helps my balance and walking steadiness.
