Penile implants: Are you happy with the result?
After 2 yrs post surgery, radiation and 2 Lupron shots and no luck with pumps and injections, I am not myself anymore and miss sex with my wife. Has anyone had bad luck with an implant? And the reason I haven’t done it yet is the few times I had a partial erection I had no feeling during intercourse . So my next question would be did you have the implant and then realize you felt no pleasure an no chance of an orgasm, I fight with this every day.

Doctors have said to lose about a half inch on average. Using a penis pump regularly before having an Implant would allow you to get the most length.

very pleased with my inflatable. Got it because of ED. Pump it up anytime day or night. It was impossible to have sex or masturbate before . I didn't loose any length, girth or feeling. Flaccid look is much better, I like my penis again.
Medicare and insurance paid for it.
