What do you eat with a fatty liver?

Hi I have fatty liver for years, I have a very large band of fat access my upper stomach which is getting bigger I eat less now than ever but I’m gaining weight all the time .. If someone could point me towards a fatty liver diet I would appreciate it or any suggestions at all. I am also not just tired but exhausted after doing very little… I am a 67 year old lady .. thank you
