Tramadol gave me constipation but Narco (sp??) has not so I will stay with

@kayraymat Tram also gives me constipation, so I've upped my fiber, oatmeal, prunes, apples, Tram works but wears off too soon, and I wake in pain, going to ask my dr for an extended release version
