Gall bladder surgery
Just had gall bladder surgery on Friday the 7th of February. Yesterday I ate something and was nauseous. Today I have been nauseous all day. They never gave me instructions on what to eat for now. Any help? Just wrote my doctor office.

Hello I had my gallbladder removed as well as my appendix and a tumor removed from my small intestine.
What I found was scar tissue you forms and is very painful.
My wife is a PT and instructed me to lie on my stomach and slowly rise up keeping your waist on the floor and stretch your abdomen and after a week 1 weekfelt 75% better. Take it slow as I'm no doctor or PT but it really helped me and I still do it about every other day. Only takes about 5-10 minutes.
Good luck I wish you the best. No one ever thinks about their insides until it happens. Best wishes

4 Reactions@doonman Thank you so much! Everything has been going through my mind that something else might be wrong. Especially with my liver. But I’ve had all kind of x-rays and bloodwork and they say everything is fine. I was thinking maybe scar tissue. I will try the exercises. Thanks so much for your time.

2 Reactions@hurtingonstatins I had my gallbladder removed in July. I had the same thing. Do not worry it will take a little over a month and it will go away.
Perhaps try digestive enzymes. I have lymphocytic colitis, gastroparesis and acid reflux and the digestive enzymes seem to really help. I take 2 Pure Encapsulations Digestive Enzymes Ultra just before every meal.
