@welcome1, I think that you should call your doctor and tell him/her about your pain. When a symptom is having a major effect on daily activities, it is time to act.
Liver disease can take on a variety of symptoms and the disease can be stable for a while, then become active again. Blood tests can tell a lot, but also there are tests and procedures that are necessary to diagnose the problem. My liver disease (PSC) went thru a long stable period before it developed symptoms and liver failure.

Your April appointment is a long way off. Your pain could be simple as inflammation or an infection (needs to be treated with antibiotics) or something else. Are you experiencing a fever? yellowish tinge to skin or eyes? dark urine? pale bowels? These are things your doctor will want to know.
I am going to be checking in here and I hope that you will find some relief from the pain. I am available to talk with you and to answer your questions about liver disease if you have any.

Pale bowels and inflammation with fever but when I call the doctor office a Lydia answer and said that they told me that my liver is fine. when I explain my symptoms to her, she told me to go and look for what is happening to me but not what they told me about my liver disease because my liver is not bad to do that. Please I will also like to talk to you.
