Thanks, @johnbishop , I am glad that I am here. In January 6,2021. I was diagnosed with hepatitis B which the doctor said has been there for long because I am from Africa and my liver is in good condition. But I have not started treatment yet because I am waiting on my next appointment on April 6,2021 to see if the doctor is going to start the treatment. I feel lot of pains on my side and head, and the inflammations is too much. What can I do to reduce this inflammation? My husband is immune to it.

Hello @welcome1, Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I know it must be difficult having to wait for your doctors appointment so that you can get more answers. It is good to hear the doctor said that your liver is in good condition. Here are some resources you might find helpful for more information on hepatitis b. The following excerpt is from the Coping and support section of the first link from Mayo Clinic:
"Take care of yourself. Eat a healthy diet full of fruits and vegetables, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep.
Take care of your liver. Don't drink alcohol or take prescription or over-the-counter drugs without consulting your doctor. Get tested for hepatitis A and C. Get vaccinated for hepatitis A if you haven't been exposed."

Are you able to talk to your doctor before your appointment and ask if there is anything treatment to help with the head pain and inflammation?
