hello friend, it can be scary, i am stage 4 kidney failure. but i have been here for at least 4 years into failure. surprising even to my doctor. i was stage 3 when diagnosed years ago. lucky my dr tested me, as there are no early symptoms usually. i am not eligible for dialysis because i also have cancer. i am overweight , which can mess with some readings, according to my medical chart. my advice, change your thoughts every time u think of your kidneys. i have learned the brain can cause pain anywhere on the body. or stop pain. be around people, read book, enjoy music, get outside half hour per day, meditate, yoga etc. enjoy today.
