I have heard that also, that occasional PVC happens. The extra clues in the symptoms, seem to be what needs to be discussed with the doctor, such as chest pain, fainting, significant shortness of breath, or sustained rapid heartbeat.

@bens1 Yes hopefully they fixed my runaway HR via the a flutter ablation. As I mentioned I’m 13 days post ablation and I do notice a pvc, typically a single one 8-10 times per day typically as I’m immediately sitting after walking about or doing some tasks never when the HR Is accelerating after standing, etc. I guess I’ll know more after my EP meeting on 10-28.
