@julius1742 You might try the Carol Foster MD Maneuver which has been an absolute life saver for me! Google it for her demonstration. It is highly effective for me as the Epley maneuver did absolutely nothing. I also had PT and received eye exercises to do when vertigo hits. I believe mine is also related to year round allergies for which I take Azelastine nasal spray in a.m. and Mometasone nasal spray at night. If I miss a dose I often get vertigo due to what I assume is fluid build -up in ear canal.
