Does anyone use CBD+CBG oil for inflammation in their feet (with SFN)

post by elana_l@elanal said she uses CBD+CBG oil to help with warmth and swelling in feet. If this person sees this, or anyone who uses these, please connect as I have questions I’d like to ask you. Thanks. Looking for a “needle in a haystack” to help with swelling or tightness in my feet due to SFPN.

I use topical CBD/CBG balm (https://getkine.com/products/cbg-cbd-balm-1-1-ratio) on my feet before I take my daily walks. I don't use it for inflammation. Rather, I primarily use it for neuropathy. It helps, but the relief is short-lived. I've tried many different oils and creams, which all help with pain relief on short walks. If I walk father than a mile, the numbness and pain take over. Honestly, the thing that's helped me the most was a pair of Hoka sneakers. I can walk two miles in a pair of Hoka Arahi 8 sneakers without putting anything on my feet! They are a lot cheaper in the long term, and my feet don't swell at all when I wear them! Just offering an alternative for you to think about!

I have a couple different creams with cbd and cbg. Also have it with thc, cbd, cbg. I use it for pain. Its kind of like icy hot but gets deeper for me. No complaints from me if it helps even a little. My toes curl really bad and that helps ease it a bit. I agree with the Hokas as well. I got them a size bigger and my feet dont get near as tingly as they use to. I couldn't wear shoes with laces before the Hokas

My CBG oil is coming in the mail Monday. I’ll let you know if it helps, but will probably have to be on it for a while before I know.

I have used (and just recently), 1:1 CBD: CBG Salve. I've had no positive results yet. I have peripheral neuropathy caused burning in my feet. At this point, I am not optimistic about anything. In fact, last night was a top 5 feet burning night. If you want to speak, I'm willing. Wishing you all some recovery for your pains.
