I've had about 40 of these injections. Using cold spray immediately before an upper buttock area slowly is the way to go. I always tell the nurse I like it cold and slow.

@jlsgt thank you for your kind reply, it was helpful, but can you please let me know if you have a lump under the skin each time you take the medicine?
