John: I occasionally search for factors I found in my post-op report from RP surgery in 11/2024. This discussion popped up in today's search because LVI was one of my adverse factors. I also had Perineural invasion (PNI), bladder neck invasion (BNI), cribriform, positive margins and intraductal. We sound similar. I was diagnosed at 66 and will be 69 in November.

My PSA only rose as high as 0.04 at 11 months, but because of those factors and Gleason 4+5 we moved ahead with Lupron (6-month injection last October) and 39 radiation treatments ending in early February. I've been undetectable but my next PSA check is in 3 weeks, which is about the time I obsess again.

I'm curious whether you've had further treatments or developments. The nightmare in my mind has an eventual recurrence and chemo. I've heard too many stories about chemo and don't want to go there. I'm curious whether your treatment led down a similar path / Tom
