Yes PC is tuned in. About the only thing left is Rexulti which carries too many risks for her age and disease stage. Already taking the 3 major drugs for Alzheimer’s plus an SSRI.

This is a head-scratcher! Seems like you've tapped into all the experts and meds already.
There's a show on Netflix called Diagnosis. Folks with challenging medical conditions get assistance from experts all around the world to help address their issue.
Seems like it may take a village to solve this one. Hopefully someone on this Mayo blog can shed a light. Good luck to you. 🌻
