How long to recover from effects after stopping Orgovyx + prednisone?

My husband stopped treatment in June after 2 years in adt, Orgovyx, prednisone for stage 4 A prostate cancer. He is very tired still and doesn't seem to have the energy emotionally, socially and physically for too much. Wondering how long it takes for him to recover from side effects? And should he tell his dr of his symptoms and to check for adrenal gland's function? Want to know how to deal with this for him. He exercises, eats right and is working.

My understanding is that those medications stay in the body for 3 or more months. I suspended my medication on August 2023 and my testosterone was low for long time; now it is 421, normal.
I would suggest to wait little more and do some exercises to regain some strength.

You can get a one month, Three month, Four months And six month Lupron shot. Within a few days of the length of the shot, it is gone from your body. Almost all of the drugs we take have very short Half lives And leave the body quickly.

ADT drugs leave the body quickly but the side effects from the lower testosterone take a long time to recover from. Having your body’s natural production of Testosterone come back Can take a long time, And for some that never comes back.
