Your regimen is like everything else - even surgery, radiation, ADT and AS: sometimes it doesn’t work.
Keep a close watch on that 3+4 because they’re not all the same and they can transform into higher grades.
Not trying to be a downer - and your overall physical results are impressive for sure! But changing your DNA with diet and exercise - no matter how strict or strenuous - is a pretty tall order. Best,
