Thanks for the update and you should not be disappointed - you did all that you could to improve your health and that is worthy of praise 🏆🥇 !!!
Just the fact that ALL of your other parameters had such a huge improvement is a testament to what diet and exercise can achieve. : ))) and also to your stamina and discipline - BRAVO !!!
My husband's BCR also was not prevented by diet BUT he is in super shape, no other health problems of any kind ( joint, eyes, glucose, BP, liver, kidneys , all great , etc etc.) and that helped him go through 2 PC treatments with almost zero side effects and recovering in record time 🧿. He is now on 2 ADT drugs and still full of energy, no weight gain, not even hot flashes.
And, what is even more important - it gives us both big peace of mind that we tried all that was suggested by our doctors and that we truly did our best 🥰 !!!
Wishing you best of luck going forward and thanks again for the update : )))
@surftohealth88 Hi Surf! Happy to hear your husband is doing well on ADT. I am having the same experience. Mayo originally had me on for 4 months and I asked for some additional time so got three extra months. The one thing I did lose with my recurrence is my motivation on diet and exercise. Really took the wind out of my saisl. But hearing about your husband and the OP gives me more motivation. For those of us fortunate enough to not have ADT problems I do thinnk it is important to speak out as I see so many posts about scrambing to avoid it.
