which osteoporosis drug is best combined with HRT?

I am 65 . Finishing Tymlos -next week finding out results. after year one I had no improvement on Dexa except for a bit of gain my arm bone density . Boo! I hope after the second year on Tymlos I'll see some good news.

I am trying to put off the osteoporosis drugs that have worst side effects as long as possible. I might try HRT but I am thinking my dr is going to want me to do something else in Addition to the HRT.

Of course HRT by itself can increase risk of heart issues/stroke.
I am prone to heart palpitations and I do NOT want any increased risk of AFIB developing- I read that Evenity can cause A-FIB. Would Evenity with HRT together be risky for my cardiac health?
