There is no cure but several things could contribute to it. Some days better than others , mostly horrible sounds. Don’t understand the inflammation since my sodium is 4 points below normal. Drinking electrolytes but have to watch getting too much magnesium which causes diarrhea. On my third recheck of sodium since second one was even lower. Very frustrating. Watch reading cures online. Fake information trying to get your money.
