Methylene blue injection is used to treat a condition called methemoglobinemia. This condition occurs when the blood cannot deliver oxygen where it is needed in the body.
According to this article from Mayo Clinic, there is a long list of medications that interact negatively with methylene blue, including antidepressants.

Recently methylene blue is gaining attention for a variety of off-label uses. But not all the health claims you hear about methylene blue are proven. This means it isn’t always the best or safest choice for the health results you’re hoping to achieve.
For people taking certain antidepressants such as fluoxetine (Prozac) or duloxetine (Cymbalta), adding methylene blue can result in a dangerous and sometimes fatal interaction.
