Has anyone ever used “Nervive” for temporary relief for burning feet?
I have found this product very effective to use at bedtime

My cardiologist recommended just alpha lipoic acid beginning with 600 mg daily and then gradually getting it down to 200-300 daily. He said neuropathy is reversible. That was in 2013.In 2 weeks the neuropathy of burning and tingling was gone.
I continued this for 10 years and stopped the ALA.
3 years later the neuropathy returned.I also put Vicks on the bottom of my feet

2 ReactionsHi, been taking ALA 600 mg and Benfotiamine (a B vitamin) daily for a couple years, and the foot pain hasn't got worse, but I usually still need topical pain cream to get to sleep. Eating carbs within a few hours makes it worse. Some nights I dont need any cream.
Also I sometimes feel feet are cold and put on very soft loose sox which help me get to sleep. But often wake up with feet feeling too warm and have to remove sox.
I get hooked into watching these scams with 10 minute cures from Dr. CHUNG or Barbara O' Neil, and pray a REAL cure will come along!

I have been taking the lipoic acid for several, and this really worked for me.

1 ReactionNerveFix did absolutely nothing for me. It doesn’t work at all so don’t waste your money.
@heisenberg34
I have burning/jabbing pain in my biceps from staring to lift myself
I was wondering does anyone take Alpha Lipoic Acid as a supliment?
@banjoman You are correct. I do have that condition and am currently undergoing radio ablation. I have my 5th one today and then they switch to "foam" for the remaining nine treatments. So far, so good. The trip back and forth to the treatment facility takes longer that the treatment itself. Medical treatments are simply amazing these days.
@banjoman I am undergoing treatment right now. I finish the 5th treatment today. Then I start the last procedure which is far less involved for the remaining 9 visits.

Similar lidocaine products work as well. I used to tell my docs how lidocaine creams help my nerve pain. They shrugged and either said they didn't know why or said they'd never heard of that. Then more than a year later I noticed the ad for Nervive roll-on, with lidocaine!! Apsercreame, or the like, is cheaper. Everyone's max dose has 4% lidocaine; scripts can go to 5%, though that's only for patches, I think. I sometimes check with docs using the "I heard that" approach, though I may have experimented already. They will know more about precautions or concerns and include your health issues and medications. But proof of efficacy is left to their knowledge of clinical studies, pretty much necessary in their (many) profession(s). I have found many pain and spine doctors and physical therapists agree: if it's safe and works, go for it.
I will also take a muscle spasm drug if necessary; in my case, cyclobenzaprine, when the impacted muscles act up.
